A great opportunity has opened up in the Councillor Support Unit (CSU) at Yarra City Council. As a CSU team member, you will enjoy being part of a small, tight knit and supportive team, supporting the Mayor and Councillors in their important roles as elected representatives on Council.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Process and monitor Councillor Requests via the Council CRM system - Oracle;
- Provide customer and business operational support for the Mayor and Councillors, delivering a professional, consistent and high functioning service for internal and external clients, and liaise between the Councillors and all levels of the organisation;
- Assist in the coordination of civic events and Councillor activities; and
- Contribute to constructive culture and open communication within the team and across the organisation.
