About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at Evolution Business Systems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across our suite of business management software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Customer Support team to ensure timely and effective support to clients
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide training and guidance as needed
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication with clients
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and support metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Relevant IT tertiary qualification/s
  • Prior experience managing an off-shore IT customer support desk
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV (2009 – current) and associated applications
  • Strong leadership skills and capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional time management, time recording and organisational skills
