We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at Evolution Business Systems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across our suite of business management software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Customer Support team to ensure timely and effective support to clients
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve complex technical issues and provide training and guidance as needed
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handovers and effective communication with clients
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and support metrics to inform business decisions
- Relevant IT tertiary qualification/s
- Prior experience managing an off-shore IT customer support desk
- Demonstrated extensive experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV (2009 – current) and associated applications
