About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position as a Customer Service Representative, based in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide quotes and generate sales purchase orders to meet customer needs.
  • Assist customers with trade counter sales inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are completed and dispatched correctly.
  • Utilize our internal systems to accurately provide resolution of customers' enquiries, quotes, and orders.
  • Support the Sales Representatives with tasks as required.
Requirements
  • You are an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-confidence – you are always prepared to jump in to do what it takes for the team to deliver premium customer service.
  • Your high attention to detail and strong time management is second to none.
  • You are experienced in Microsoft Office suite and have above average computer skills.
  • You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
