**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to communicate and promote the Institutes courses and programs to prospective students, schools, job seeker networks and industries, through coordinating school visits, campus tours and careers expos both virtually and in person.

This role is based at our Sydney campus however will work closely with the Melbourne campus Marketing and Communication team.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Respond to enquiries from prospective students from secondary schools or studying with other education institutions, careers advisors, teachers, parents and industry stakeholders.
- Provide information and guide students through the enrolment process including eligibility interview, PTR form competition, information on course fees, course timetables and VET funding.
- Participate in various school events, expos and conduct presentations to provide information to prospective students about the Institute programs and employment outcomes.
- Arrange and conduct student campus tours to prospective students, parents, teachers and industry stakeholder virtually and in person.
- Assist in the preparation setup and participate in key student recruitment internal events and activities.
- A relevant Degree or Diploma with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience of event management, participation and presentation, preferably in an education environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal and highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to set task priorities and organise own work with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in preparing and, where necessary activating event contingency plans.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to work on several projects at the one time.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills, especially the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience using digital marketing tools and writing content.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
