Hatch is supporting OFX to find a great ANZ Partnership Sales Manager to join their Sales and Customer Success team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like OFX.
**About the role at OFX**
Working as an integral part of the Australian and New Zealand Referral Partnership Sales team, the main purpose of this role is to generate, onboard and acquire quality new relationships, delivering new consumer clients to a well-established digital and human lead dealing team.
**Seniority**
**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building and Management - Develop, maintain, and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders to achieve specific goals
- Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
**Strengths**
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Social skills - Behaves and communicates effectively in different social situations and with a variety of different people
- Verbal communication - Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
