The Purpose of this Role

As ANZ Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in helping customers navigate significant changes in the way they work, particularly as we continue to shift into a truly hybrid work model and a future with AI. You will have the opportunity to coach your team on how to build strategic relationships, deliver innovative solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Modern Work Solution Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets and operational standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and track new opportunities, bring impactful industry insights into customer engagements, and lead virtual cross-organisational teams on strategic projects and high-impact solution sales deployments.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market development.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging industry expertise to inform sales strategies and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience in a SaaS or similar organisation.
  • Prior experience in sales management in a SaaS or similar organisation is ideal but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • An estimated annual salary of $140,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience.
