**About the team you’ll join**:
The Data & Analytics team is responsible for empowering Xero to deliver successful digital, product, customer & marketing outcomes through actionable insights.

We enable customer, marketing and product teams with key information to; understand the current trends, customer and landscape, inform and motivate customer behavior and shape customer & marketing strategy.

**What you'll do**:

- You will deliver high quality data analysis and insights to various stakeholders within Xero; taking ownership for capturing requirements, data collection & analysis, AB testing, visualization and storytelling.
- Working closely with these stakeholders, you’ll play an integral role in supporting insights and decision making. As part of this you’ll be expected to present complex analysis to stakeholders, in a simple and compelling way with statistical confidence.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar Data Analyst role, ideally working with customer, marketing & digital data, with proven experience in building campaign analytics frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders, both non-technical and technical, including the ability to prepare clear and digestible professional reports.
- Confident ability to break down complex data and deliver meaningful, actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and digestible way.
- Experience delivering analytics in the form of visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Microstrategy
- Excellent data literacy skills gained through a mixture of proven experience with data in complex organisations, with the ability to tackle unfamiliar domains and work with complex and diverse datasets effectively.
- Proficient use of SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis; Experience with Tracking & GTM.
