About the Role
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this dynamic position involves delivering insightful analysis for optimisation across diverse business portfolios. Close collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential in driving strategic insights and contributing to business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and maintaining a digital measurement and reporting framework to track objectives, metrics, and segments clearly.
• Analyzing digital channel performance to evaluate content, campaign, SEO, and user engagement effectiveness.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges and drive commercial outcomes through accurate and trustworthy data insights.
• Developing and maintaining monthly website performance reports providing actionable insights and recommendations to key business units.
• Contributing to a comprehensive digital measurement framework ensuring clear definition and tracking of objectives, metrics, and segments.
• Effectively communicating analysis using written, verbal, and visual methods compliant with internal expectations and accessibility requirements.
• Educating the wider business on best practices in reporting and analytics.

About You
To excel in this role, prior experience in data analysis and generating actionable insights to drive measurable success is required.
• Experience in building and editing complex reports/dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong proficiencies in platforms like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for effective data discussions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, consult, and provide recommendations to stakeholders as well as manage internal stakeholder relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in session recording and heatmapping tools will be highly regarded.
