**About the Role**
The Events and Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role, supporting the planning and execution of impactful events and strategic communications. Partnering with the Communications Lead, you'll join a dynamic team within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. Here, you'll develop, coordinate, and implement a range of activities and events designed to engage key stakeholders. This is your chance to make a real difference

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support end-to-end event delivery including the planning, promoting and evaluating of key outcomes.
- Create engaging content for various channels including staff hub, website and social media.
- Drive strategic communication by developing communication plans, managing budgets and collaborating with stakeholders to maximise event reach and impact.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- A degree with some relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist expertise in communications and events, or an equivalent combination of both.
- Experience in content development for a range of channels, including print, digital and social channels.
- Project management experience
