Become a valued member of an energetic team committed to expediting hospital discharges and safeguarding younger individuals from entering or remaining in residential aged care. The Hospital Interface Branch prioritises alignment with Ministerial directives, striving for quality outcomes for participants. Actively advocating for eligible younger individuals under the scheme, the team emphasises granting them greater choice and control over their living arrangements.
- Located in Brisbane CBD, Queensland
- Up to 12-month assignment, with the possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
- APS4 equivalent $43 + per hour + Superannuation.
**About the role**
- ** Enquiry Handling**: Research and respond to general enquiries, analyse documents and data to provide informed support.
- ** Meeting Coordination**: Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and papers to ensure effective team communication.
- ** Communication Support**: Support the drafting of written communications, manage documents, and maintain databases.
- ** Travel and Finance**: Organise travel arrangements and assist with finance reconciliation processes.
- ** Project Participation**: Participate in project management work as directed, supporting the delivery of work priorities.
**About you**
- Relevant qualifications or experience in administration or a related field is required.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to handle internal and external stakeholder interactions.
- Proficient in research and analysis, with the ability to respond to general enquiries with accuracy.
- Experience in coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and managing documentation.
- Familiarity with travel coordination and finance reconciliation processes.
- Must be an **Australian Citizen**:
- Be able to pass national police check and working with children check.
