**Your new company**

Operating from Kensington, this organisation is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their Team in a full-time capacity, on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**

In addition to administrative work, the Administrator's responsibilities include taking charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes, maintaining relevant databases and systems, producing reports and presentations. You will also be required to:

- Read and review invoices ensuring all data aligns
- Review employee timesheets ensuring hours and rates are correct
- Query and investigate any discrepancies that may arise
- Manage and build relationships with clients
- Liaise with the accounts team as required
- Other AD-HOC duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and preferably experience as an Administrator. You will also need:

- Proven Administration and Data Entry experience
- Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge including Excel and Sharepoint
- Motivated with excellent organisation skills, a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and review invoices ensuring all data aligns
- Experience with payroll functions is advantageous
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
- ** Quintiq is the specific program you will be working with RE payroll/capturing time and attendance - experience with this exact system is desirable, but not mandatory.**

- Monday - Friday, **5 days per week in office**:

- 8:30am-4:30pm
- $90-100K P/A +Superannuation
