Calling all Administration Officers...
Location - **Work From Home (WFH), but the** employee must be located in **South East Melbourne** for weekly & monthly meetings.
**What does an Admin Officer do?**
- Early morning On-Call to take client requests, rostering and scheduling staff
- Maintain staff files by making sure all the required documents are upto date
- Assist with recruitment, sorting out resumes, scheduling interviews, following up documents from onboarding staff
- Ad-hoc administration officer duties
The Administration Officer will work closely with our senior management team to ensure smooth business operations.
Proven experience in scheduling or rostering is highly desirable.
