**The Position**
Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with a reputable property organisation for the permanent full-time recruit of an Administration Officer to support their high-performing team.
This role is highly varied in nature and requires a motivated and engaged administration professional. You will be responsible for formatting and editing reports, database management, as well as general office management including managing meeting room schedules, office inventory and travel coordination. You will be the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks in the Brisbane office with ongoing support and guidance from your peers in other offices.
This business is a flexible employer and offers a hybrid work from home / office based model.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key focus will be to provide best practice administrative support to team while fostering positivity and a can-do attitude. Your key duties and responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Supporting with the preparation of reports including editing, formatting, finalising and issuing to clients;
- Supporting Directors with research, file preparation and title searches;
- Supporting office staff members for office issue resolution (including IT related issues and support);
- Managing of all office supplies (stationery, marketing materials, standard forms, kitchen grocery, cleaning, business cards);
- Administration support including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and assisting with ad hoc events;
- Ad hoc administration support for the team as required.
**Skills & Experience**
In addition, you will also:
- Ability to show strong initiative and take accountability for deliverables;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment;
- Confident and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
