**Your new company**
This professional Food and Beverage Services organisation are operating from Melbourne Airport, North Melbourne. They are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their Team in a full-time capacity, on a temporary basis. This position will require an ongoing commitment, and may require an immediate start where applicable.
**Your new role**
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Administrator. The role is responsible for managing a F&B business that includes end-to-end administration duties. You will be instrumental in providing guidance to the wider office and ensuring process improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on various projects across the business portfolio for Melbourne Airport.
- Will report directly to the Business Manager who is located in the corporate office on the Gold Coast.
- Will work on all administrative duties as provided by the Business Manager.
- Weekly and ad hoc updates/reporting to the Business Manager on how the projects are progressing.
- Assisting with filing or submission of documents including RFP and tenders.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you must have proven experience in an administration or customer service role. You will also perform the following at a high standard:
- Ideally 4-5 years administration experience. (aviation or manufacturing background isdesirable).
- Good with all basic Office software, excel and very basic level accountancy.
- Must have good attention to detail, good communications skills and can do attitude.
