Head of Channel Partnerships

**What you'll do**:
- Develop and execute Procore’s channel strategy for Asia Pacific, focusing on building a scalable and sustainable channel partner ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic channel partners, including resellers, VARs, system integrators, and consultants.
- Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, certification processes, and sales support resources.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with Procore’s values, objectives, and standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to channel partners, driving alignment with Procore’s global partner program while addressing regional business needs and opportunities.
- Drive a growth mindset around the partner ecosystem, continuously evaluating and optimising partner performance and engagement.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel performance, including pipeline development, revenue generation, and partner satisfaction metrics.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships or business development roles within the SaaS industry, with a focus on Asia Pacific markets.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel partner ecosystems, driving significant revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities, particularly within the Asia Pacific region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with broader business objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI from channel partnerships.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organisation.
