Member Engagement Specialist

**The Fund**:
A profit to member, industry fund that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its members and employers. The funds purpose is to support members to prepare them for financial freedom in retirement.
**The Opportunity**:
- Providing factual and general advice through the provision of superior service to existing and prospective members, predominately via outbound enquiries and through support provided to inbound member enquiries and interactions as required.
- Making outbound contacts and respond to enquiries, offering tailored solutions across the entire range of products and services aligned to the member's needs, including superannuation, insurance, investments, pension, and other specialised products provided by the Fund including financial planning referrals and consolidations.
- Providing tailored solutions aligned to the member/prospective member's needs and circumstances that meets their financial best interests and retirements needs.
This excellent opportunity requires flexible working from Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.00pm (AEST).
**The individual**:
You are a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a genuine interest in helping and supporting members. With strong communication skills and a team player, you will love working in a collaborative team environment with a group of people who are results focused.
**Experience**:
- 2 -3 years experience in taking inbound and outbound member calls across a broad range of superannuation topics.
- Demonstrated experience working in the financial services or the superannuation industry with responsibilities in customer service and administration.
- Strong customer service experience with effective communication skills to engage and influence.
- Superior verbal, written and numerical ability.
**Qualifications**:
- RG146 Superannuation
- Ongoing professional development & maintenance of CPD
- Tertiary Degree in relevant field desirable.
