Urgent Hire: Payroll / HR Coordinator

Our client, a renowned global retail brand located in Melbourne CBD, is urgently seeking a Payroll / HR Officer to join us on a short-term contract basis, with the possibility of an extension.

Position: Payroll / HR Officer (Short-Term Contract with Possible Extension)

Location: Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timesheet accuracy and upload to ADP Payline and Kronos systems.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in payroll and HR roles.
- Proficiency in using ADP and Kronos systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with general retail awards would be highly beneficial.
