**THE COMPANY**
Global advanced technologies business with Australian headquarters in Melbourne.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Join a team of 5 to process fortnightly and monthly Payrolls across Australia and New Zealand. The Payroll software is **PeopleSoft**.

Duties include the below
- Ensure accurate and timely payment to all employees, and submission of statutory filings
- Validating new starters, processing terminations, and accurate maintenance of employee records
- Responding to Payroll queries
- Ensuring timely payment of superannuation
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments
- Contribute to End of Month and End of Year reconciliations

**POSITIVES**
The ability to work remotely almost full-time is a big plus. When you do have to attend the office, it is centrally located in brand new Melbourne CBD Offices. The organisation is implementing SAP Employee Central so it is a great opportunity to get one of the more in-demand software on your resume.

**CHALLENGES**
Being a global organisation can make for some complex and unique problems to work through. There will be times you have to wait for someone in another country to get online

**IDEAL APPLICANTS**
Ideally, you would have processed both Australian and New Zealand payrolls in your career. Previous exposure to PeopleSoft would be very favourably looked upon but it is not a requirement. The hours worked in this role are not your standard 9-5 so you need to be able to work early/late hours on occasion.
