About the Role

Key Details:

  • Commencing 17th July Multiple Part time positions available.
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm Saturday 8am to 4:30pm
  • Sunday 10am to 5pm.
  • Melbourne CBD location
  • Close to public transport

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through engaging inbound and outbound calls.
  • Identify and address customer needs, crafting winwin solutions for customers and the agency.
  • Efficiently handle administrative tasks and maintain meticulous records.
  • Execute precise data entry in alignment with high accuracy and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
