Join our friendly Inbound customer service team working on behalf of Public Transport Victoria.

About the role


As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of PTV, providing excellent customer service to anyone who uses public transport in Victoria.

With a variety of inquiries ranging from updating personal information to journey planning and more, you'll have the opportunity to upskill and handle complex call types.

Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you'll also take on back-of-house tasks, broadening your skill set.

Key Details- Exciting opportunities for Customer Service Agent in Melbourne CBD- Multiple start dates: 11th, 17th and 24th April 2023- Full-time and casual positions available- Enjoy rotating rosters from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday- Perfect for those seeking a flexible and diverse work schedule

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Build strong client relationships through effective phone communication and timely responses
  • Follow strict compliance regulations to maintain standards
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Meet mandatory requirements such as a National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy Check
  • Must possess unrestricted work rights to work within Australia
