Key Details- Commencing 17th July 2023- Multiple part time positions available

  • Monday to Friday:

8am - 10pm & Saturday to Sunday: 9am - 9pm (rotating shifts)- Melbourne CBD location - Flexible hybrid working model after training and nesting period (approx 4 weeks).


What you will be doing:

  • Monitor social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Blogs) and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Determine customer needs and provide a solution that is beneficial to the customer and the agency.
  • Administrative tasks and records keeping.
  • Ensure data entry is performed with high accuracy and in line with KPIs.

WFH Requirements- Windows 10 based PC & Monitor Or Windows 10 based Laptop.

with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent.- Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on.- Reliable internet connection (no hotspotting).- Headset with a microphone.- Note: Macbooks as they are not compatible with our system.
