In this role, You will be working on behalf of our finance client, one of the big four Australian Banks.

If you're interested, here is what you need to know.- Working on behalf of a major Australia Bank- This role is full time, commencing in August 2023- This is a fully WFH role- Paid training and ongoing development support

Skills & Experience:

  • A customer service expert who thrives on ensuring best customer outcomes
  • Confident written and oral communication skills
  • A reliable, driven individual that strives to meet and exceed expectations
  • Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers
  • Addresses and resolves conflict constructively
  • Collections, accounts receivable experience
