Key Details- Commencing 30th January 2023- Multiple Full time positions available contracted till 31st August 2023 with a view to extend- Monday to Friday - 8am

  • 10pm Saturday Sunday 9am to 9pm Melbourne CBD location Flexible hybrid working model after training and nesting period (approx 4 weeks)
Key Responsibilities- Taking inbound calls from customers and making follow up calls outbound- Monitor social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Blogs) and resolve customer enquiries Determining customer needs and providing a solution that is beneficial to the customer and the agency- Administrative tasks and records keeping- Ensure data entry is performed with high accuracy and in line with KPIs

Skills & Experience- Previous customer service experience- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High level attention to details and time management- Problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and / Google SuiteWFH Requirements- Windows 10 based PC & Monitor Or Windows 10 based Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent.- Anti-Virus installed- Windows Defender switched on- Reliable internet connection.

- Headset with a microphone- Note: Macbooks as they are not compatible with our system
