Known for their quick turnaround times and realistic advice offered on every call, they are looking for a new Customer Care Officer who shares the same values.
This full-time role is a great opportunity to start in a new permanent, full-time role in a high-performing, friendly and enjoyable Melbourne office.
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Answering all queries from site managers and operational store managers + directors.
- Working with customers to administer refunds and warranty claims.
- Communications internally with all other departments.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
- General administrative duties and adhoc tasks as required.
