Our client is a leading automotive accident repairer, who has a large presence across Australia.

Known for their quick turnaround times and realistic advice offered on every call, they are looking for a new Customer Care Officer who shares the same values.

This full-time role is a great opportunity to start in a new permanent, full-time role in a high-performing, friendly and enjoyable Melbourne office.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Answering all queries from site managers and operational store managers + directors.
  • Working with customers to administer refunds and warranty claims.
  • Communications internally with all other departments.
  • Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
  • General administrative duties and adhoc tasks as required.
