Join us in an exhilarating position where you'll assist clients on their online journey As a customer service agent, you'll handle incoming calls from customers with a wide range of queries, from product information and pricing, to missing deliveries and broken items upon arrival.

Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch service and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to make a difference

Key Details- Commencing 17th April 2023- Multiple Part Time positions available hours per week)- Monday to Sunday - 8am - 9pm (rotating roster over 5 days
- full availability required)
  • Melbourne CBD location (Hybrid working model 3 days in office per week and WFH the rest of the week after training and KPI's are met)


Key Responsibilities- Providing prompt and professional responses to all customer enquiries with great attention to detail.- Utilizing online systems to swiftly access necessary data and effectively respond to customer queries within pre-determined service timeframes.- Accurately recording and entering customer requests and queries on online platforms.

- Ensuring that customer records are meticulously maintained with up-to-date information


Skills & Experience- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment, although not essential- Exceptional ability to guide, support, and effectively communicate information to diverse groups of people- Excellent communication skills, with a keen ability to actively listen and understand customers' needs- A positive and proactive attitude, with a can-do mentality, eager to go above and beyond for customers.

  • Note Macbooks as they are not compatible with our system.
