In this role, you will be chatting with OnePass customers, making sure they have all the information they need, feel they are being heard and actions are being taken.

Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5 minutes. You will be a peacemaker. A quick thinker. You will thrive on solving the tricky stuff. You'll know your way around a computer. You will think inside and outside of the box.

Key Details- Multiple Full-time and Casual positions commencing 20th February 2023- Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm and Sunday 9-5| Rotating Roster | FULL AVAILABILITY REQUIRED- 5 days of full time on-site paid training 9 am - 5 pm - full availability and attendance required- Located at 485 Latrobe Street, Melbourne (Hybrid WFH/office role post training)

Key Responsibilities- Ensuring targets are achieved for quality assurance- Data entry with high accuracy

Requirements:

  • Able to attend training onsite
  • Ability to work a hybrid working model including WFH and onsite.
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Substantial experience within similar role 2 years plus experience in a customer service/sales position or related industry preferred
  • We're looking for call centre agents who have represented retail brands.
