Talent Focus Recruitment, in partnership with leading provider in the education sector, committed to delivering high-quality Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services. As part of our joint growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the position:
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our OSHC services in line with our business plan and customer strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
 Increase the number of profitable services across all brands through targeted sales efforts.
 Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with targeted services and corporates. 
 Ensure contracted services are profitable within agreed timelines and deliver on key performance indicators.
 Support operational teams in the successful implementation of new services.

What you will need to be successful:
 3 years business development experience (desirable).
 Experience working within a school community (desirable).
 Strong track record in sales and commercial negotiation
 Working towards a Diploma in Sales and Marketing (or equivalent), or Tertiary Qualifications in an unrelated field with industry experience (essential).
 Tertiary Qualifications in Business/Marketing or similar (desirable)
 A motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills.
 Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity levels.
 Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and CRM applications.
 Experience in sales, financial modelling, and tender development.
 Knowledge of business-to-business and business-to-customer marketing principles.
