Allan Hall Business Advisors is looking for a technically strong, motivated and dynamic Business Services Supervisor or Manager, who is ready to take the next career step. This is an opportunity to create immediate impact with an existing highly significant client portfolio, whilst continuing to grow your own client list.

Your Role:

  • Create immediate impact with the existing client portfolio and manage a diverse client list from small businesses to multinationals.
  • Handle complex accounting and taxation needs for business clients, whilst gaining exceptional knowledge and experience by working with multiple partners.
  • Leverage your client relationship skills to nurture existing relationships and expand new business opportunities.
  • Coach, develop, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
  • Work with the latest technology, structured systems and processes and a dedicated workflow team.
  • Have the support of multiple Directors with strong tax skills to help guide and develop you in your career.

  
About You:

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years business services experience, having frequently reviewed the work of junior staff
  • Client-Centric: Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage key client relationships in an Australian public practice firm
  • Systems Savvy: Xero experience is essential, ideally having also worked with XPM Practice Management Software
  • Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified
  • Driven by Success: Results-oriented mindset.
  • Working Rights: Full Australian working rights, sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
