About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and optimize operational efficiency. You will work closely with the management team to implement business strategies, improve processes, and achieve financial targets.

  • Lead a talented team of hospitality professionals to provide excellent service and ensure guest satisfaction;
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve profitability;
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive results;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
