We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the CRS environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities, as well as renewing and managing existing relationships.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales skills, excellent time management, and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Renew and manage existing relationships
  • Meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
