About the Role:

ISS Facility Services is seeking a determined candidate for the Workforce Planning Administrator role to be based at Coffs Harbour office on a 6-month fixed term contract, with possible extension.

The role aims to support the Workforce Planning Manager and work together with the team on an hours reconciliation project for one of our large cleaning contracts.

This role is suited for an individual experienced with managing timesheets/rosters and customer support skills, is able to work closely with the workforce team and uphold a ‘can do’ approach to all duties and task.

Role Responsibilities:

Be first point of contact for areas under your responsibility regarding the Hours Reconciliation Project Support the Workforce Planning Manager with ad hoc tasks Update and maintain baseline rosters  Manage and assist with fortnightly pay closes Maintain rosters, timesheets and other documentation in an accurate and timely manner Interpret relevant Awards and Enterprise agreements Ensure compliance with relevant Industrial Agreements Assist in continuous improvement projects Process manual pays via rostering system as required Assist with completion of Monthly and ad hoc reporting Monitor employee reliability to shifts and report any unsatisfactory performance.

Customer Service experience highly favourable Experience using Kronos (UKG) Experience working on an hours reconciliation project previously Knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award 2020
