Our client is a reputed Japanese company. They are currently seeking a personal assistant to join their North Sydney office team.

**About the role**:
This role will be responsible for interpreting and assisting Japanese expatriates.
- Translated various documents from English to
- Assist with arrangements of meetings and join the meeting as an interpreter.
- Provided administrative and clerical support to expatriates and made travel and stay arrangements as well as trip schedules.
- Assist preparation of documents and reports.
- Manage and coordinate the schedule.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to assist expatriates.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, such as Translator, Interpreter and Executive Assistant, etc
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office) skills.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- A good team player with willingness to be flexible and supportive to other
