Administration Lead

Our client in professional services, is seeking an **Administration Lead** to support their operations at their office located in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to operations and clinic leads.
- Provide clinic administration and financial support.
- Develop and maintain agendas, calendars, and schedules for meetings.
- Monitor office inventory and organisational costs.
- Perform electronic file management, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth organisational operations throughout the workday.
- Act as Office/Practice Manager overseeing staff when required.
- Assess personnel performance, provide guidance, and implement process changes.
- Handle clinic billing, invoicing, receipting, reports, and reconciling.
- Maintain accurate and current client files.
- Plan and streamline administrative procedures and workflows.
- Liaise with external team members on various projects.
**About You**:
- Relevant experience working in healthcare, clinical operations or medical administration would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Pleasant, tactful, and approachable personality
- Self-motivated, reliable, and growth-oriented
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
