About the Role

Our People and Culture Business Partner role works with our leaders to provide strategic advice and implementation across all things people including, talent acquisition, career development, rewards and recognition and employment relations. In this role you will be the go-to person for all things people in Australia ensuring we provide the best solutions for our business and our people.

About You

We are looking for a person that is pragmatic, hands on and can balance project work with day to day execution aligning their geography for long term sustainability and success. We need someone that can do as well as partner. To be successful in the role we are looking for:

5+ years HR experience in a similar role, 7+ years in a generalist role Previous demonstrated business partnering experience Experience working with unionised workforces A broad generalist knowledge across all areas of People and Culture

In addition to strong technical abilities you will need to be able to:

Work as an effective member of the team to help achieve our people goals Demonstrate initiative, provide suggestions and implement change Be customer focused and ensure high-quality solutions are delivered at all times Demonstrate effective written and oral communication both with internal and external customers across a variety of levels and backgrounds.
