As the business undergoes transformative change, they are excited to introduce a newly created opportunity for a HR Business partner to join the team. This role will support a large private hospital based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, across a portfolio of over 800 employees. As a trusted advisor, you will provide recommendations and guidance to support both people and commercial needs.
**About the role**
As the HR Business Partner, you will be consultative; partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, provide guidance and deliver tailored solutions. Immerse yourself in the organisation and be present, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and the wider business.
Offering an Organisational Development lens, you will,
- Harness strategic influence;
- Collaborate with State Managers and executives to drive the people strategy;
- Drive people initiatives for long term objectives;
- Interpret people metrics and drive measurable advancement;
- Empower leaders to achieve success, challenge norms and foster innovation.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will need to effectively manage priorities and stakeholder requests. Key focus areas will include upskilling leadership capability over a journey, to ensure skills are embedded and strengths are developed. Additionally, a focus on retention and talent pipelines will make up a critical aspect of the people strategy. Offer coaching and support to managers, guiding them through employment relations matters. Effectively tackle operational demands and adapt to evolving needs of the organisation.
**About You**
With success in enabling a business through changing environments you will are highly capable in aligning people strategies with business needs, and easily build trust and credibility with key stakeholders. Lead as a progressive contributor, be innovative in your approach and maintain strong commercial acumen to elevate your influence.

This is a hybrid role offering 2 days’ work from home per week.
**About the Culture**
Reporting into the state-based BP you will work closely with influential leaders who are knowledgeable about the industry and make it a priority to stay well connected to ensure they are providing the most updated information and insights. The key stakeholders and managers are approachable, accessible and provide genuine opportunities through identifying strengths and uncapping capabilities to continue to deliver effective impact.
