**Our client** believes in fostering a highly engaged culture, creating an exceptional workplace where their team can thrive. As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the People & Culture strategy, reinforcing company values, and contributing to organizational improvement and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a collaborative, active, and positive member of the People and Culture team, aligning with the company Values._
- Lead in line with Core Capabilities and role model values._
- Define and promote internal purpose, values, and culture._
**Employee Experience**:
- Enhance employee engagement through strategic initiatives.
- Lead employee Culture and Engagement surveys, ensuring actionable results.
- Collaborate with leaders to shape and strengthen the organizational culture.
- Manage Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and support strategy development.
- Support Reconciliation Action Plan development and associated actions.
- Improve programs to recognize and reward exceptional employee performance.
- Contribute to effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
**Organizational Effectiveness**:
- Regularly review team and business structure to align with objectives.
- Assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
- Support change management efforts and utilize P&C analytics for data-driven recommendations.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with P&C team for aligned initiatives.
- Provide backup support to other Business Partners to promote teamwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Assist the General Manager People and Culture in strategic planning.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with P&C team for aligned initiatives.
- Provide backup support to other Business Partners to promote teamwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Assist the General Manager People and Culture in strategic planning.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 5 years proven experience as an HRBP, focusing on employee engagement and culture development.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Proficiency in using ELMO or similar HRMS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in HR and Change Management preferred but not mandatory.
