We are committed to the wellbeing of our people, customers, and communities which we serve.The Healius Diagnostic Imaging division, through its brand Lumus Imaging, operates a network of practice sites across the country in partnership with around 110 independent radiologists. Healius Pathology is the larger operational division at Healius. It operates leading medical laboratory and pathology services covering key diagnostic activities of anatomical pathology (histopathology and cytology), clinical pathology (chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology), genomic diagnostics.**Purpose**
- This role will partner with a range of P&C and business roles to support the stakeholder portfolio through multidisciplinary and transformational change - impacting culture, capability, performance and operating efficiencies. This role will help deliver the P&C strategic plan locally, supporting specific P&C initiatives nationally as part of the matrixed team, and solving business specific challenges within the allocated portfolio. The role will also provide functional project support which may include planning, change management, co-ordination of communications and may also provide surge coverage across other states from time to time.**Key aspects of this role will include but not be limited to;**
- Partner with a range of leaders and P&C team members to coordinate and support implementation of the people agenda in support of the Healius Group strategy. We are here to enable and support our leaders to attract, develop, retain and engage talent through a compelling employee experience - at all key moments.
- Provide leadership counsel, change support and technical advice to management in all areas of the discipline to support operational effectiveness, enhance the employee experience and build sustainable organisational capability.
- Build people leader accountability for creating high performing teams through our core P&C processes.
- Embed and evolve our frameworks and foundations. Ensure that all P&C programs and processes are executed in a manner that is consistent with group practices, and where appropriate linked with other parts of Healius.
- Enable organisational effectiveness through change, org design and integration principles and frameworks.
- Support an effective industrial relations strategy which enables business flexibility and pace of change through leader and P&C Partner coaching on a broad range of IR and ER matters.

**To be considered for this role your skills and attributes should include**:

- Substantial experience delivering value through activities listed in scope above within an operational and transforming environment
- Post-secondary qualifications in HR related field (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in HR disciplines such as employee/ industrial relations, training, compensation, and recruitment, with solid knowledge of HR practices, standards and statutory requirements and workforce/organisation planning
- Ability to tailor, implement and embed programs and initiatives that are largely determined at the COE/Thought leadership level
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Experience supporting EBA negotiations is essential-
