What’s on offer?

Engineered IQ is a specialist division of Fulton Hogan which brings together engineered products and installation services to offer end-to-end construction solutions. Owing to a new a project win, Fulton Hogan are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take a lead role on the delivery of an airside pavement project based onsite at Melbourne Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a new challenge in a growing business stream for the FH business. Due to the nature of this project, there will be occasional night shift work required.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the safe delivery of the project to budget
  • People management - getting resource into the right places, defining roles and responsibilities
  • Financial - forecasting, planning, working on contract
  • Technical oversight - final sign off of methodology and planning, including programming.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with all stakeholders within the client group

How you’ll connect to the role:

  • Understanding of (and adherence to) the Fulton Hogan values of REAL (Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership)
  • Proven Project Management experience within a civil construction setting
  • Prior exposure to airside pavement works would be highly beneficial
  • Self-sufficient, ability to self-motivate and “get things done” without the need for close oversight daily
  • Relationship management, play a key role in further enhancing the FH relationship with our client group
