About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller to join our Program delivery team based in Richmond. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the Tasking Statement Work Breakdown Structure (TSWBS) and associated WBS Dictionaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines (PMB) including incorporation of approved baseline changes.
  • Develop and maintain control account structures and associated Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM).
  • Undertake detailed planning activities, including rolling wave planning and developing Control Account Plans (CAP).
  • Lead monthly reporting activities capturing actuals, status, Estimates to Complete (ETC), and undertake detailed variance analysis in accordance with the business rhythm.
About You

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Project Controller.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and/or COBRA.
  • Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
  • Extensive scheduling and cost experience.
