Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller to join our Program delivery team based in Richmond. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of project management baselines, including cost and schedule control, as well as providing timely and accurate monitoring and reporting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or equivalent;
  • Previous experience as a Project Controller;
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and/or COBRA;
  • Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles;
  • Extensive scheduling and cost experience;
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders both internal and external to BAE Systems to implement business requirements;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously under time constraints, solve problems, and make decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Current NV1 Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, employee recognition programs, and access to professional development opportunities.
