Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Project Coordinator & Sales Support role within a reputable Architectural Lighting Company.
- Manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage through to final supply
- Keep customers updated with project progress, advising lead times and potential issues, and preparing solutions for any possible issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Schedule and coordinate delivery of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications
- Prepare quote estimates from floor plans and architectural drawings
- Maintain and update the client database
- Prepare contracts, sales reports and calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
- Acts as the first point of contact and responds to all enquiries from interior designers, architects and wholesalers
- Perform general project administration duties

Requirements
- Proven track record in internal sales or project coordination/management
- Must have experience within the lighting industry, from either a manufacturer, distributor or wholesaler
- A strong understanding of lighting is required
- Able to work at the Richmond Showroom, Monday to Friday
- Able to engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and team player mentality
