The opportunity

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Heavily outbound focused, you'll have a hunter mindset adept at driving your own leads and building a robust sales pipeline. You'll be a motivated self-starter, comfortable handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements

A snapshot of your role

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media and other outbound lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales demonstrations of the software to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their needs and highlighting tailored solutions
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using Hubspot
  • Work closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with our GTM launch

The skills and experience you'll bring

  • Software-as-a-service or solution-focused sales industry experience
  • Full sales cycle experience, handling all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Hunter Mindset, highly motivated to seek out new business opportunities and driven by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Outbound sales expertise with a proven track record in outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting
