The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven ICT Sales Representative (Business Development Manager) to join our team. This role requires a hunter mindset, adept at driving leads and building a robust sales pipeline. You'll be a motivated self-starter, comfortable handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and other outbound lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales demonstrations of the software to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, understanding their needs and highlighting tailored solutions
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using Hubspot for reporting
  • Work closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with our GTM launch
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure satisfaction post sales, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption

Requirements

  • Software-as-a-service or solution-focused sales industry experience
  • Full sales cycle experience, handling all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Hunter Mindset, highly motivated to seek out new business opportunities and driven by achieving and exceeding targets
  • Outbound sales expertise with a proven track record in outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting
