If you have experience in an early-stage SaaS business, that will be highly relevant to where we’re at right now, however, Marketing experience is useful but not essential

Cuttable is an innovative B2B SaaS startup revolutionising how the world's biggest brands create high-quality, beautiful video ads in seconds. We're on a mission to eliminate the hassle of traditional ad creation and help brands reach their audience across all media platforms effortlessly.

Like with most startups, there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job”, we’re all jumping in to execute or fix what we can. Sometimes the path forward is clear, other times it’s not, so you’ll need to be comfortable with not always having all the information but pushing on regardless.


Our ideal skill mix for this role is someone with a B2B SaaS background and marketing knowledge. This means you’ll have a solid sales process mixed with some of the technical understanding of how our clients think and operate. We realise that this might be a big ask though, so we’re open to upskilling on the advertising side if need be.


These are our requirements;

  • Essential:

    • Experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS business (preferably Martech or Adtech).

    • Well-developed stakeholder management skills.

    • A refined approach to contemporary sales methods such as qualification, discovery and product demonstrations. We’re advocates of MEDDPICC fyi.

    • Commercial acumen and decision-making abilities.

    • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

    • Demonstrated empathy for customers and their challenges.

    • Experience working with mid-market SMB-level customers.

    • A natural people person, with high levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales.


    • Preferred:

      • A solid understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing.

      • A commercial understanding of Marketing Technology.

      • Technical skill and competency to address high-level client questions.

      • Ability to work independently with little guidance and troubleshoot effectively.

      • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.

      • A relevant degree or formal qualification.

      About the Role:

      This role is essential for ensuring that our customer's expectations are not only met but exceeded. You'll be the face of Cuttable for new clients, guiding them through the sales process, from discovery to demonstration and delivering a wow-inducing experience along the way.

      Responsibilities:


      • Become an expert on Cuttable’s product and run discovery calls, customised demos, and presentations to prospective customers

      • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their paid media challenges, strategies and objectives

      • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams. Whilst we expect this role will be supported by inbound marketing and an outbound SDR, we will expect you to be comfortable with generating your own pipeline.

      • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with accounts in your remit.

      • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan.

      • Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, design, marketing, legal and finance.
