About the role

Embark on a part-time Executive assistant role where organisational prowess meets flexibility. Offering dedicated support, bring your efficiency to your daily operations, managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks seamlessly. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to smooth workflows, you will aim to enhance your productivity and create a harmonious work environment. Elevate your work-life balance with a proactive and adaptable team and on going support.

Key duties of the role include:

- Diary management
- Compile Board Papers & Investment Committee Papers
- Telephone/door answering
- Set-up and maintenance of meeting rooms, including IT support for video/conference calls
- Assistance with Accounts Payable functions
- Booking travel and accommodation
- General office duties
- Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining high standard of office and kitchen facilities
- Manage deliveries both in and out of the office liaising with couriers, including booking couriers and other similar services
- Run errands when required
- Liaise with building management
- Perform admin duties for the team
- Arrange and coordinate staff functions including monthly birthday morning/afternoon teas and lunches and social events
- Arrange and coordinate investor events including catering and running of investor lunches within the office

Skills & experience required:

- Must have EA experience
- Excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately
- Strong organisational skills and a good ability to create processes and systems
- System and Technology savvy - Google suite
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
