**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales Australia, the Account Manager will act as in-house support for Home-based Travel Consultants and their retail consortium brands. The role will include managing and building relationships within the Home Travel Agency space. The Account Manager role will be responsible but not limited to; qualify Home-base consultants and communicating leads to Business Development Managers, training Home-based consultants, communicating data issues within home-based agencies with our data teams, collaborate with internal stakeholder departments, assist in Home-based marketing strategies, maintain knowledge base in regards to Home-based consultant partnerships, increase Collette’s brand presence in the Home-based Agency market, attend partner conferences/functions with Home-based Agencies as required.

**Primary Functions**:

- Act as the main internal resource for Home-based travel agents.
- Act as liaison between Home-based and necessary business units to properly service the travel consultant.
- Utilize qualifying tools to identify top consultants within Home-based Agencies and prioritize based on quality.
- Educate Home-based Agents on current marketing initiatives, Collette product and sales tools.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Outside Sales, and Business Development to maintain partnership knowledge.
- Act as the voice for the Home-based Agencies in order to drive Collette’s strategy in this market.
- Track and record trends within the Home-based agency market and share with Supplier Relationship Manager.
- Execute special outbound marketing campaigns utilizing all communications tools available (i.e., social media, video, etc.)
- Act as Brand Ambassador for Collette.
- Work with necessary data teams to assist with maintaining host agency database in CRM.
- Work with the sales team on building a strategy to collaborate with key consultants.
- Master agent policies, processes, and procedures including; commissions and comp strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Sales and BDM team as requested.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong phone presence in addition to experience with service and sales.
- Excellent verbal, written and video communications skills.
- Critical thinking skills required; must be able to solve problems on their own.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated; takes initiative.
- Excels in collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Have strong PC skills (MS office, social media platforms).
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
- Availability to travel to conferences and sales meetings as directed.
- Capability to work remotely.
- One to three years’ experience.
- Minimum of Associates Degree preferred.
