About the Role:

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for client relationship management and team development? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to join our Sydney team. In this pivotal role, you will manage key corporate client relationships, lead a team of Client Relationship Managers and Senior Client Relationship Managers, and drive strategic initiatives within the organisation. Your leadership will ensure premium service delivery while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set and drive strategic direction.
  • Lead service excellence initiatives, continuously improving quality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Champion change, guiding the team in adapting to new technologies and processes.

Operational Management:

  • Ensure campaign resources and training materials are up-to-date.
  • Support client onboarding, working closely with client and project teams.
  • Develop and implement Learning and Development programs.

People Leadership:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-training and reduce key person dependencies within the team.

Governance & Risk:

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, business, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate a risk management culture and implement strategies to mitigate risk exposure.
  • Support assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated Relationship Management experience within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, particularly with ASX-listed clients.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on motivating and developing collaborative teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a commitment to customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and business development.
