About this Role

The Pact Packaging closures and specialties division is in search of a dynamic Account Manager to enhance our legacy of providing sustainable and innovative packaging solutions. This role involves cultivating sales opportunities for our packaging closures and specialties products by engaging with both existing and prospective clients, managing relationships at both state and national levels. This position offers a unique chance to elevate your career as you focus on your specific category.

As an Account Manager, you will be recognized for your outstanding communication and presentation abilities, along with a proven track record of achieving sustainable growth. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who prioritize customer satisfaction and solution delivery, allowing you to forge lasting relationships while being flexible and strategic in your approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively support our clients while maintaining ongoing relationships Conduct regular review meetings to assess client needs Identify and implement new opportunities and sales strategies for processed foods Prepare and present reports and analyses on business activities, performance metrics, and market opportunities Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals that provide competitive and valuable service offerings Advocate for the client's perspective within the organization to ensure an exceptional experience Identify training needs and participate in relevant sales training programs Collaborate with Quality Assurance and production teams to address external specifications for client approval
