Position Overview

Type: Permanent Role

Reporting Line: Directly to the Executive Manager of Key Accounts

This pivotal role is focused on maintaining and enhancing the profitability and retention of key accounts on a national scale. You will be responsible for fostering and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within both intermediaries and significant clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation clients, including major national employer accounts across various jurisdictions.
  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with assigned key clients and their associated intermediaries.
  • Ensure the retention of key accounts across the Workers Compensation product lines, assisting in the renewal process as necessary.
  • Support the acquisition of new business in Workers Compensation to align with our growth objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance our involvement in additional lines through existing key client relationships.
  • Conduct analysis of our customer base to provide insights on performance and potential opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the Workers Compensation sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with both end clients and intermediaries.
  • A strong background in customer service.
  • In-depth understanding of Workers Compensation claims and their profitability.
  • Proven ability to meet operational and strategic goals in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Additional Information
  • Willingness to travel frequently between states.
  • Participation in client and broker events is expected.
