Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing and managing customer accounts and relationships, ensuring a seamless experience. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of campaigns, from initiation and implementation to reporting, resolution, and invoicing. This position requires close collaboration with various teams including Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the daily operations of assigned Agency and/or Network partner accounts.
  • Deliver strategic and tactical support to a diverse and high-touch client base.
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential for upselling within existing client portfolios.
  • Oversee client business processes including onboarding, implementation, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, resolving support requests and troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • Organize and lead kickoff and ongoing meetings with clients and internal teams to clarify campaign objectives.
  • Prepare performance assessments for each client, emphasizing the value proposition of DoubleVerify.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effective delivery and billing, extracting insights from reports.
  • Administer the contract billing process with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively DoubleVerify's value proposition, technology, and partnerships to enhance client account growth.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients at both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Navigate complex relationships across Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, and third-party technology partners.
  • Participate in client meetings to gain insights into partner goals and objectives.
  • Engage in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback internally to enhance DoubleVerify's products and services based on customer insights.
  • Additional responsibilities may include attending industry events or conferences as needed.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management with a solid understanding of the online advertising sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent higher education.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Direct experience in advertising agencies, publishing, ad networks, or demand-side platforms.
  • Familiarity with Ad Serving technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the online media landscape.
  • Experience managing online media products and technologies, including creative trafficking and campaign management.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker, and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high performance in pressure situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Capable of interacting with all levels of management, including senior executives.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude.
